Vin Forbes, a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience serving the Capital District, Saratoga Springs and the Adirondack region of New York State, is known for his exceptional personalized approach to client relationships. Originally hailing from Upstate New York, he earned a degree from the State University of New York Empire State in Business, Management and Economics with a minor in Marketing.
Vin spent his early career years in New York City working in advertising and marketing and dabbling on the side in the Manhattan rental market. He discovered, in the early 2000’s, his affinity for the people and the culture of Puerto Rico and began regular pilgrimages to Humacao. He fell in love with Palmas del Mar, and vowed that one day he would live and work on the island
